Ascension to Spring. Bright blossoming crocuses, vivid purple and vibrant yellow, on a bracing early morning walk. Happiness in a cup: iced coffee at an outdoor café, sunshine creating warmth. Later a picnic on a field of daisies and bright green grass. Looking above your big floppy hat singing birds bringing renewal to all listening. Picking dandelions on the lawn. Skipping down the block in pastel capris. The bright white sand feels cool on your toes, breezy with butterflies, the wind picks up. Running to the rusty car, rain pouring down all of a sudden, on a whim. A quick thunderstorm whipping and wailing ends the fresh Spring Break day.
